The author: My main goal is to allow a user to manage multiple phpNuke sites through a GUI and to and speed up the work flow a bit. I have been using phpNuke for awhile now and I manage quite a few sites....""

These questions are not for now but later in the completed product.
Is this something you would need root access or ssh access to the servers running the sites?

Would you be able to use this on a windows box?

Could it be used offline? Example: downloads the data to my laptop for editing while disconnected from the server, then uploads when connected.
