For a quick 'n' dirty check of how your site will look when these changes take place, view your web site using Megaproxy (free)...

Megaproxy turns off embedded code such as Java, ActiveX, et cetera...

Not new at all. Most of these exploit theories have been around for over a year. Flash 5 was the first, Flash 6 was affected, and Flash MX is still affected by several exploits.

The best way is to uninstall these applications from any IE6 browser.

If you must browse with Flash use Mozilla for more security (even though some affect Mozilla also).
