This is a beta 1 release and as a result problems may arise that may not be fixable.

Warning this may not upgrade your current files available for download and a fresh install may be required, instructions included in package.
I'm not smart enough, however I would like version 2 to include the ability to limit the file types able to be uploaded.
Available in english only for now.
I do not take credit for authoring the Modules, these are modified Php-Nuke 7.2 download and Upload-NUKE by Bandit and are the result and culmination of a very frustrating search for this type of functionality.
