PHPNuke 6.7 Release at PHPNuke.org
PHP-NukeFrancisco states: "Version 6.7 with lots of fixes thanks to Nukecops (special thanks goes to Chatserv). Included fixes in Forums and Private Messages. Added the PHP-Nuke HOWTO from Spaghettibrain.com with lots of valuable information on how to install PHP-Nuke and develop your own modules, blocks and themes. My concern is what bugs/etc were fixed in private messages and forums? Chatserv, care to speak up on this issue, maybe make patches available? Thanks.

Heh why I must pay to FB for the bug fixes which have been contributed by others.
Free nuke as we know it's great idea. I don't know how it will look. It will go to the same direction as postnuke? Maybe it will be just phpnuke plus "service packs" ? I don’t know but one thing must be there, thing witch will make this project quite popular. As we can see the phpnuke has set up many standards of CMS, quite of them are good but also we can see the bad ones. The bad one in my opinion is leak of update sub-system. Where can you find it? I didn't find it anywhere, and I think this situation is mostly because the most leading CMS doesn’t have it. Break that awful rule. Don't only try clone php-nuke. Give us something new, useful and…FUNDAMENTAL. Why I must overwrite all files when not all of them where updated? Why the special script can’t do it for me? I could have more time, less MB would be transferred, I could have always up-to-date system, more stable and more secure when security fixes could be applied automatically few minutes after being published. Many admins like me customizes nuke in the code as in the nuke we can’t set many things via admin interface (update sub-system could have a ability to block changing files which we don’t want to update giving only a information…). So only list of files which were changed and where is step forward. I don’t know why FB doesn’t do it when he wants to be professional? I could save much time all of us…

All people who know php-nuke quite long time knows that it has more bad sides so don’t add new modules which are used on sites with pink backgrounds. This CMS need much work on its core. Maybe a I’m going to far but I think that your goal is to make Php-nuke professional (at last!).
