Add Onscsidou writes "We are very proud to propose the Top Sites version 1.3 RC1.
This version was completely modify and contents some original functions like evaluation by notation or not, make a link directly in Web_Links modules. A great thanks to our members and to Twadi for their supports.

*- Users can delete or modify their accounts

*- Option auto-approval of submitted sites
*- admin could allow or not the evaluation of sites by ranking (voting for a site with or without noting a site.Admin could pass from a system to another with any problem and at any time : average notes are only calculated from users who note betwen 1 to 10 !
*- Option to make directly a link to Web_Links modules
*- Option flash banners
*- Option auto reset after x days
*- Admincaould reset all sites, individual votes or all votes at any times
*- Admin could evaluate a site by "stars images"
*- Admin newsletter : mass email with or without individual stats
