Scrolling blocks
PHP-NukeStreamLife writes "I’ve noticed that 90% of phpNuke sites are using blocks with vertical scroll text/content. For those of you who are not aware, the scrolling blocks are not supported by Netscape browser. Consequently, any block that contains a large amount information will have an enormous vertical size.

ever try getting a free upgrade on your NS to 7.1??? That version i know supports scrolling images because the scrolling shout box i'm developing/expanding works in every browser i have to include IE, NS, Mozilla, Konquerer, Opera, and Firebird. See here: OurScripts.net [www.ourscripts.net]

Yeah, really! That's why nobody uses Netscape any more. I remember when they were #1. Now they are nowhere. Check the stats on anyone's web site if you want proof...

Yeah tell me about it, I used to be an adamant Netscape Communications supporter back when version 4 first came out. But then 2 years later and still no version 5 and when the newest release did come out they didnt support everything IE did. Frankly this is a good lesson, the better product always wins in the end even if its not the best at the outset.
