Function fopen() and fread() are not working as expected.
The installation is very smooth and fast. But when I tried fopen("http://www.cnn.com") and fread() and print the file. It only show small piece of context at begining. This problem will be gone if the file to be opened is static local file. When switched back to 1.6. Problem disappeared. I assumed this is caused by new version of PHP, but I can't find any thread discussing about this. Sorry I can't read French so post here.
