(User Info | Send a Message) http://mil-sim.net | I'm afraid MikeMiles is right. You're legally required to release this module under the same licence as the work you based in on.
If you want to change the licences, you need to create a module from scratch, instead of using other people's work.

(User Info | Send a Message) http://mil-sim.net | Just to reiterate, you are not allowed to sub-licence derivative works such as 'Enhanced Downloads Module'.
From GPL:
