(User Info | Send a Message) http://www.audioslaved.com | Don't feel that way MrFluffy, we still love you and appreciate what you do, sure some people are egomaniac's who do not feel giving people their due is ok, (Taking credit for others work) but in the big picture, those who are here and around the community all the time notice what you do and smile down on you for what you are doing, you are also the one to my knowledge who caught the admin/modules/modules.php bug in 7.0, I saw that bug and when I went to report it, was pleasantly pleased you beat me to the punch, and far before I knew about it at that.
As I saw someone say once, sometimes this job is a "thankless job" but nonetheless, people do take notice and you do make a difference. So thank you and thank all others like you, this is what makes nuke as powerful as it is, and I do agree it is a damn shame that people cannot extend the common courtesy to document and give thanks for finding the bug, we should all imagine what the more popular OS projects would be like if they followed some of our habits. |
