Re: SPChat, best of the chat systems? (Score: 1) by Zhen-Xjell on Saturday, January 17 @ 09:55:04 CET (User Info | Send a Message) http://castlecops.com | There is an issue with Mac's which hasn't been resolved.
If you can't get the pop up to open, disable pop up and ad blockers. These exist in many forms:
- Google and Alexa toolbars
- Norton Anti Virus (has one built in)
- Firewalls
- Proxomitron, and the like
Also make sure you have client side scripting enabled (ie Javascript)
If you mean that posts are still displaying in the chat window after the chat has finished, you can set how many posts should show up in the configuration. Default is set to 10.
Do you have the chat log enabled? Default is set to not log. If you use the log, you'll need to go in and dump that periodically depending on how much it is used.
We can provide you a hard code to keep it rolling, instead of expanding, you just need to provide us with the max value you want retained in the database. |
