Before making any accusation, I would suggest to download the file, make the necessary verifications and then make the necessary remarks. CPGnuke does not have not a single note or indication where to include the the code for themes that are using:

for function themefooter() {
a center_right.html file

and for unction themeheader() {
an header.html file.

By the way the blockscript.js file is available in few dozens of web sites, not related to nuke sites.
