I agree. Sending this stuff to them is good too, but unfortunately they only have a limited amount of manpower and cannot go after ever scammer out there. Companies though have an incentive to track down these slimeballs to protect not only their customers but also their reputation. I assume EBay/PayPal are like a lot of other companies and have employees which do nothing but go after slime. Obviously, the best thing to do is notify the public before they get suckered but getting someone to shut them down is good too.
