NukeCops - Security Images

If you're still having problems with the security image not displaying correctly, my guess is that you modified the lang-english.php file. Just upload and use the default one for now and the code will display. I'm not sure if it'll work for all of you, but it works for me. I also had to remove the Site Visitors block from nukemods.com to have the code display correctly...so I don't know...
