NukeCops - New line of themes

Being that very few people make odd looking themes and such, I have been planning to make themes that people usually dont make. I also plan to put colors together that usually dont go together. Im thinkin since you dont see a lot of maroon themes im going to make some with that specific color. Also i will be needing help with this project, someone who knows flash.
