NukeCops - Custom Staff Block

If you would like a custom staff block for your site look no further. Today i have made a new staff block, which uses yim, and if you dont want this feature added i can delete it. It also comes with a email.gif pic which links your email. Also added in is an Mod Application and a direct link to your downloads. All is is a scrolling marquee and i will do customly for you.
