NukeCops - php v 5 final is out - great news for PHPNuke

As announced at PHP.net website PHP 5 (Final!) is out!

Please travel over and see the full changelog here and get the download right here. If you can test the newest PHP-Nuke 7xx & osc2nuke with PHP 5, please share your experience with the nuke-community.

Some of the more major changes include:

XML support has been completely redone in PHP 5, all extensions are now focused around the excellent libxml2 library (see xmlsoft.org);
