My newest public theme released. (codersheaven)

I have published a new public theme on my website. It´s very fast, clean and some interessting things are integrated.
- If the user is logged in his name will be shown, a link to his Account and an loggoutlink.
- if the user is logged out a link to register or login will be shown.
- i have used the multilanguagefunction, so in every language the theme will be correctly shown
- no specific graphics are used. The SiteName will be shown (you don´t have to adapt anything. You can use it directly on your site )
