This is a warning to all of you who sell items on your website and use the unreliable Pay Pal service.

Two days ago someone using a stolen Credit Card made multiple theme purchases on Lorkan Theme over $2,500.00 CDN. While this person was making the purchases and downloading them after paying for them, we suspended all downloads after 12 themes. I notified the person via email that until I can confirm with Pay pal that the Credit Card is legitimate I will reactivate the downloads. Pay pal was contacted and assured us that the Credit Card was legitimate and that the person has been a regular member and have made past purchases. They told us to go right ahead and deposit the monies into our bank account. Upon confirming this with Pay Pal, we decided to reactivate the downloads. Unfortunately for us, this person managed to download over 75 themes from us, so it just makes one wonder. What is Pay Pal's responsibility?. Now, a similar incident took place a few months ago, but was nothing compared to this. When it occurred, I personally dealt with pay pal over the phone and not much was done. I then took the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they reversed Pay Pal's actions taken on our account. Anyway, I am letting everyone know that they should be very careful on how they accept payments via Pay Pal. They run a very shady business in my opinion, and until it happens to you, you may just take this message for granted. I seriously urge you all that before delivering the goods to the customer, to at least let the credit card payment clear via your account or as in Pay Pal's case, let them wait (3) days before receiving any items. This is no guarantee that Pay Pal would not still come after you for money even though they cleared it. In the second incident, this is what they did to us. Note: This is the email address used for making the purchases via Lorkan Themes and Pay Pal: cmarsd3n@cox.net This is also the other one used and is a hacker website as well: http://www.zone-h.org/en leetzone2@yahoo.com
