We have just released 2 flash themes now with .fla source files included.
HighTechBiz - Dynamic Flash-Theme for PHP-Nuke and PostNuke with customizable mini-flashsite header. All text within the flash header can be customized within the php files including button titles, button links, and the main text area. The images are also dynamic and can be replaced with your own jpg files.

Dynamic external links.php file which enables you to customize the 8 button flash navigation within the header of the theme.
