NukeCops - ~~Basic Scrolling links block~~

I know there are tons around there, I was using this block for my site but i see pplz asked to share it ( especailly clan sites )so i decided to make it public
If you still need a simple scrolling links block here is one for you.

what it does ¿
*It will scroll images and texts
*It will work as a center or side block
*you can adjust scrolling speed
*you can adjust direction of scrolling way( up/down)
*it doesnt need Web_Links Module
*you can put your site image with no scroll
you can see it in action as side block and can downlaod from Yahoopool.net

TESTED WITH:
Php Nuke 7.6
Mozilla Firefox 1.0.3
Nestcape 7.2
Slim Browser v4
and unfortunatelly with IE 6
