NukeCops - Underworld Is Back

I am proud to announce after a long struggle, multiple owners, different hosting accounts, we are glad to be back, the site aint much yet, we have added some themes to the themes demo, site messenger, mp3 player. we have added boards to the forum. we need to add a lot lot more to the site

the site is now owned and run by two old admins from underworld, we were sad to see it go, now have ownership, but, we need more staff, to add downloads, tutorials, moderaters, people to add themes, and most of all, members for the forum, we would be grateful if you would come back, underworld is back to stay
