NukeCops - Project Module v1.0 English translation

Hello nukers, We made translation of the orginal french module projet by Leskritiques.This module was old version only worked until phpnuke v6.0 but Kommuis of NUKE-CS.com made it working for v6.5+.

This is a great intergrated module for your phpnuke website. Keep track of your ongoing projects or add new. Finished project files can be added to the download/project module section also.
