What i have tryed is first getting the source from that webpage. then copy the source code to a php block maker found on nuke tools.com. Then tacking the converted code that nuke tools gave me and add it to a text file. Then rename the text file to block-weather.php and upload it to my web host in the blocks dir. After i do this i actavate the new block but once i do that the block display's ok just is missing the photo and some text. Also i need to add that the webpage i am trying to use is updated every 30 mins or so. I have also tryed to use it as an rss feed but get the same results.

You'll need to post the actual block-weather.php code / or link where the code can be obtained. As well, show us how it displays on your site please
