error, when i wont to give speciel permission

I have phpnuke 6.8 with phpBB2.0.2 forum. I have tryed to make and area were peopel only have acces with "speciel permissions". It worked fine with one person, but when i wanted to add another person, i had this failure:

i made the permission in USER ADMIN/PERMISSIONS.

Please help me you guy/girls. I am a NEWBIE, and my english spelling sucks Confused

Admin note - download this file and replace your admin_ug_auth.php file with it

It doesn't like that blank value after the 4. Looks like you are missing a value for the group_id
